Gambling shouldn't be in Runescape also because it's a bad example for kids

Runescape is a game mainly played by children, actual or Men-children. Therefore the vast majority of players don't have the life experience or emotional maturity to deal with gambling appropriately((hence the rules laid out by Jagex). Also, if you choose to gamble on Runescape over actual gambling sites (they do "virtual" gambling too), I believe at least on some level, subconsciously or otherwise, it's because you know it might be easier to hold your bluff over a actual child rather than a fellow seasoned gambler. If you want to gamble why not do it somewhere it's encouraged and minimizes your chances of screwing some naive kid over? Oh and also somewhere you won't get banned for it. Just my 2 cents on this.

Jagex should have an NPC where you can gamble and also sell "lottery tickets" with randomly generated codes that once you click on it displays the code and once a week, every two weeks or once a month you can win the jackpot which ranges randomly from 10m-250m (price of lottery ticket depends on jackpot to enter and higher chance if you pay more). A NPC that gamble isn't money sink either, the bot can both produce and remove runescape gold.

You can have 1 jackpot winner and 5 or 10 secondary winners of 500k-1m (if it's a 10m jackpot and 500k/10winners or 1m/5winners). Also players in the lottery can win items like Rune platebodies, other armours, weapons and sometimes if lucky you can win an abyssal whip, super rare dragon platebody, dragon chainbody, cut Onyx, 10k Gold ores, 15k coal, 250 of each Uncut diamond/Ruby/emerald/sapphire, 75 uncut dragonstones, 5k yew logs, etc..
